Session Victim's fifth studio album brings out their trippy, heady side once again after 2
recent dancefloor EPs for Rhythm Section and Delusions Of Grandeur. The 10 tracks
sound undilutedly Session Victim, with their occasional trio partner Carsten 'Erobique'
Meyer as the only guest. The LP's outro is a cover of the Instra:mental classic PHOTOGRAPH,
which the duo carefully tackles, subtly reinterpreting the rhythmic foundation and swapping
out the signature playground sounds for native field recordings of the rough terrain of its
Neukölln studio.
